Comments: Imaged Saturn June 9th 2023 in good seeing. My 685nm IR data covers 2 hrs 30 min’s of Saturn rotation and all of it is good. There is considerable activity in the EZ and Southern hemisphere. I note a thin bright band within the EZ centered on approx Lat+3.6 and within that band are several compact bright spots and I have marked two of them at approx Lat+3.7 L1 309.9 and Lat+3.5 L1 219.2. Southern hemisphere A compact bright spot is peeking out from the Southern edge of the ring shadow at approx Lat-19.8 L3 199.4. There is a thin bright band across the STrB which included numerous bright spots including a v-prominent series of compact bright spots centered on Lat-32.1 and extending from L3 121.5 to L3 78.9 I also note a bright spot at Lat-50.1 L3 186.1 The final 685nm IR data set of the session resolves both Tethys and Tethys shadow in transit.
