Comments: Imaged Jupiter August 17th in goodish seeing, have a considerable depth of well resolved small scale detail from pole to pole and limb to limb. There are many tiny dark spots and bright ovals in the NPR. A large dark, thin linear feature best resolved in G and B data is resolved along the edge of the NNTeB toward the P limb. A series of v-small dark spots are aligned along the NTB . Three thin barge like dark features are resolved in the NTB best seen in G & B data between the F limb and CM.The NTZ has three conspicuous red barges well resolved and the NEB is dominated by a thin red band while the rest of the NEB is covered by an orange haze. The EZ has two prominent festoons best seen in 685nm IR and R data with considerable v-fine structure resolved throughout the EZ also in IR and R data. Considerable activity is resolved in the SEB along the border with the EZ, particularly in IR and R data. The region immediately following the GRS is very active with two conspicuous compact dark spots very well resolved. DS 6 is well resolved trailing the GRS in the STZ. White ovals A1, A2 and A3 are aligned in the NNTeZ near the F limb best seen in the CH4 data.
