Comments: Imaged Saturn October 25th in rather ordinary seeing, have only 685nm IR data. Have three data sets covering 1 1/5 hrs of Saturn rotation. I suspect there is a dark spot on the Southern edge of the NPR at approx Lat+59 and hoped to confirm it in my animation. This proved inconclusive as in the rock and roll animation, the 2nd data set is centred 58 minutes after the 1st data set while the 3rd data set is centred 32 minutes after the 2nd data set which doesn’t make for smooth motion.
